Vendogear is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


1. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

  • Processing Days: Monday to Friday (excluding U.S. public holidays)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM PST (GMT-08:00)
    Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

  • Processing Time: 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)


2. Shipping Timeframes

  • USA Orders:
    Shipping time: 7–10 business days
    Total delivery time: 12–17 business days (Processing + Shipping)

  • International Orders (Canada, UK, Australia, and select countries):
    Shipping time: 10–17 business days
    Total delivery time: 15–24 business days (Processing + Shipping)

3. Shipping Costs

  • USA: Flat rate of $6.95

  • International: Flat rate of $9.95

Additional shipping fees for remote or special delivery areas will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Peak Season Delays

During high-demand periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, both processing and delivery may be delayed by 5–7 business days.

Holiday Tip: Order at least 25 days in advance to avoid late delivery.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

6. Address Changes

Address updates must be submitted within 24 hours after placing the order.
We cannot modify the address once the order is shipped.


7. Damaged or Missing Parcels

  • Damaged Parcels:
    Refuse delivery if visibly damaged or send photos within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Missing Orders:

    • Contact us if your order hasn’t arrived after 17 business days (USA) or 24 business days (International)

    • Refund Policy:

      • 50% refund if not received after 45 days

      • Full refund if not received after 60 days


8. Customs Duties & Import Taxes (International)

  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If customs holds your package for 30+ days, contact us.

  • If returned due to unpaid customs, shipping fees are non-refundable.


9. Force Majeure & Unexpected Delays

In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or logistics disruptions, your order may be delayed. We will do our best to notify you if significant delays occur.
