1. No Returns for Custom Orders

All our products are made specifically for you after your order is placed. Therefore, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Ordered the wrong size, color, or style

  • Change of mind after purchase

B. Order Corrections & Cancellations

1. Order Corrections

You may request order changes (e.g., size, address, design) within:

  • 24 hours if ordered on a weekday

  • 48 hours if ordered on a weekend

After this period, your order enters production and cannot be modified.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted only within the same timeframes (24h weekdays / 48h weekends).

C. Refund Policy

1. Damaged or Defective Items

You’re eligible for a full refund or replacement if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • You provide clear photo evidence of the issue

No return is required.

2. Late or Missing Orders

  • 50% refund if not delivered within 45 days

  • 100% refund if not delivered within 60 days


D. How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Photos (if damaged or defective)

We will respond within 48 business hours.


E. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, including:

    • Visa

    • Mastercard

    • PayPal

    • American Express

  • Your bank/payment provider may take 3–5 additional days to post the refund


F. Exchanges & Replacements

1. Eligibility

Only available for:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

  • Reported within 30 days of delivery

We do not offer exchanges for customer errors (e.g., wrong size or design).

2. How to Request

  • Order number

  • Clear photos

  • Description of the problem

Processing Time: 3–5 business days
Return not required. We’ll ship your replacement free of charge.


G. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

1. Lost Orders

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  • Wait 24 hours

  • Check with neighbors or local carrier

  • Contact us if the issue is unresolved

2. Delayed Tracking

If your package hasn’t moved in 5+ business days, or is in transit for over 20 business days, contact us.


H. Additional Policies

  • Remote or APO/FPO locations may experience longer delivery times

  • Holiday season orders may be delayed by 3–5 business days

  • Sale/promotional items are only refundable if defective or damaged

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where Vendogear is at fault
