1. What is Vendogear?

Vendogear is a print-on-demand (POD) brand offering custom-made apparel, footwear, blankets, and home décor.
Every item is produced after an order is placed, helping reduce waste and ensure fresh, made-to-order quality.


2. Where do your products ship from?

All items are produced and shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners located in:

  • Vietnam

  • China

  • Mexico

We do not maintain inventory or warehouses in the United States.


3. How long is processing time?

Processing time is:

  • 5–7 business days (not including weekends or holidays)

During peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday), processing may take 3–5 extra business days.


4. How long is shipping time?

USA

  • Shipping time: 7–10 business days

  • Total estimated delivery: 12–17 business days

International (Canada, UK, Australia, etc.)

  • Shipping time: 10–17 business days

  • Total estimated delivery: 15–24 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on weather, customs, or carrier delays.


5. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

If tracking does not update, contact us at support@vendogear.com.


6. Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — but only within:

  • 24 hours for weekday orders

  • 48 hours for weekend orders

After this window, your order enters production and cannot be changed or canceled.


7. What is your return policy?

Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges (wrong size, change of mind).

We offer free replacements or full refunds for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items

  • Lost packages

No return required.

8. My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

Please email us within 30 days with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will remake or refund your item at no extra cost.


9. What if my order is delayed or lost?

You are eligible for:

  • 50% refund if not delivered within 45 days

  • 100% refund if not delivered within 60 days

If your package shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

  • Wait 24 hours

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

  • Contact us if still missing


10. Do you accept returns or exchanges for wrong size?

Unfortunately, no.
Since every item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selections.

Please check size charts carefully before purchasing.

11. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay, Google Pay (if available)

All payments are securely encrypted.
We do not store credit card details.


12. Do you charge customs fees or taxes?

USA

Most orders do not incur additional fees.

International orders

Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
If customs holds a package for more than 30 days, contact us.


13. I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your Spam / Promotions folder.
If you still cannot find it, email us at support@vendogear.com and we will resend it.


14. Can I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

Yes.
Click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email or contact us to remove you manually.


15. Do you offer gift wrapping or custom notes?

We currently do not offer gift wrapping.
Some items may allow custom text (depends on design).
Email us if you need assistance with personalization.


16. Do you offer wholesale orders?

Yes — depending on product type.
