All products are made-to-order and shipped directly from our international fulfillment partners in Vietnam, China, and Mexico.
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including building numbers, apartment or unit numbers, and other relevant details. Vendogear is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
1. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
Processing Days: Monday to Friday (excluding U.S. public holidays)
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM PST (GMT-08:00)
Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
Processing Time: 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
(Production time may extend during peak seasons.)

3. Shipping Costs

USA: Flat rate $6.95

International: Flat rate $9.95
Additional fees for remote or special delivery areas will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
There are no hidden charges.
4. Peak Season Delays
During high-volume periods (Christmas, Black Friday, New Year), both processing and delivery may be delayed by 5–7 business days.
Holiday Tip: Please place your order at least 25 days in advance during peak seasons.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking activity to update.
If tracking shows no updates, or the shipment appears stuck, please contact us at support@vendogear.com.
6. Address Changes
Address changes must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
We cannot modify the delivery address once your order is shipped.
7. Damaged or Missing Parcels
Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives damaged, please send photos to us within 48 hours of delivery.
If the package is visibly damaged upon arrival, you may refuse delivery.

Please contact us if your order has not arrived after:

8. Customs Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
If customs holds your package for more than 30 days, please contact us.
If the parcel is returned due to unpaid customs fees, shipping charges are non-refundable.
9. Force Majeure
In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or logistical disruptions, delivery may be delayed. We will notify you if any significant delay occurs.
10. Environmental Commitment
We use eco-friendly packaging whenever possible and operate with a made-to-order model to reduce waste and avoid overproduction.
